AENA : Fourteen law firms bid for legal advice from the privatization of AENA


Fourteen law firms compete to provide the Ministry Building the legal advice in the process of privatization of AENA, a contract worth 1.30 million euros, official data gathered by Europa Press.

firms which have submitted bid is Albiñana and Suárez de Lezo, Uria Menéndez, Clifford Chance, Lovells Hogan, DLA Piper Rudnick Gray, Allen & Overy, Deloitte Lawyers, J & A Garrigues, Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, Cuatrecasas, Perez-Llorca Abogados, Ramón and C. Albella, BBM & A, and the consortium of Landwell and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Thus, it confirms that is attracting interest among companies the first contracts tendered in the process of partial privatization of AENA, which will sell up to 50% of capital of the operator of the airport network and give the English public to private management of Madrid-Barajas and Barcelona-El Prat.
